Picker / Packer / Warehouse Operative

We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-driven Picker / Packer / Warehouse Operative to join our client’s friendly and fast-paced team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a range of premium alcoholic products in a professional warehouse environment, where accuracy and teamwork are key. You’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are prepared correctly and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully handle a variety of alcoholic beverages, including high-end products, ensuring compliance at all times
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet delivery deadlines
• Print and apply labels to outgoing shipments
• Prepare packaging, including box assembly, to a high standard
• Organise and allocate incoming stock efficiently within the warehouse
• Work closely with a small, supportive team to maintain productivity and high standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when picking and counting stock
• Basic IT skills, including experience using hand scanners
• Ability to read and follow picking sheets and instructions
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt

Pay & Hours

• £12.21 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 15:00pm
• Weekend work required during peak periods (Christmas and Bank Holidays, with notice provided)
